These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from www.daquantrevon.com. By placing an order, you agree to the product, shipping, return, refund, and payment terms shown on the website and at checkout.

Seller

DAQUAN TREVON LLC operates the DAQUAN TREVON online store at www.daquantrevon.com.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product titles, descriptions, images, colors, sizes, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Product colors may vary depending on screen settings. We may limit quantities, cancel unavailable items, or correct errors before or after an order is placed.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders

An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory issues, incorrect pricing, policy abuse, or shipping address problems.

Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout before an order is processed. The checkout displays the currently enabled payment methods before purchase, which may include major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus supported accelerated wallet options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when enabled through Shopify. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Shipping and Delivery

U.S. orders ship under our Shipping Policy: Free Standard Shipping, 5:00 PM Mountain Time order cutoff, 1-3 business days processing time, 5-12 business days transit time, and 6-15 business days total estimated delivery time.
